been playing at yoyo casino off and on for a bit and my run was about the same as yours, mixed bag, cashed out fine once, but the KYC stuff only showed up after i requested the withdrawal, which is where folks seem to split. back in the day you sent your papers with the deposit and were done with it 😉 any of you get verified before your first cashout, or is after the norm now?

Same here, KYC only got triggered after I hit withdraw, which is exactly why I ask up front before depositing anywhere. Beth, a couple days just for document checks on top of processing? Was that the site dragging or your bank? Not convinced any of that is normal wait time if the docs are legit.
back in my day every site wanted your id before you even spun once, so the after-withdrawal thing don't bother me none. fan_life's got the right idea though, i ask upfront too now 😉

i'm with ValueHunter on this one, back in the day you handed over your id before you even touched a spin, so waiting until the cashout doesn't ruffle my feathers much 😄 my advice for the young lot is the same as Fanatic's: email support and ask about kyc before you drop a dime, saves the headache later. yoyo treated me fair enough overall, so i'll call it a passable mixed bag.

@Fanatic_Life it was the site dragging, my bank's never been the slow part. Docs were clean, still sat a couple days. Now I ask upfront too, lesson learned 😭
