I'd just fire up the sportsnet app or sportsnet on the tv, they're carrying it. careful signing in with your tv provider if you've got cable, otherwise the app subscription works fine. enjoy, back in the day we had to hope for the game of the week on saturday nights.

yep, if your cable or satellite package already includes Sportsnet, you just sign into the app with your tv provider login and it's free, no separate subscription needed. only folk without cable pay for a standalone app plan. so for the jets game oct 4, check your tv package first before shelling out money 😉

Only caveat I'd add: make sure your cable tier actually includes the channel carrying the game, because some basic packages don't, and then you're stuck paying for the standalone app anyway. Check before the 4th rather than scrambling at puck drop like I did last season.
For what it's worth, I'll be on the Sportsnet app through the TV, cord-cutting habit from a couple of years back. If you're putting a loonie on the puck line before the game, the books here are fine for it, but honestly with Winnipeg sitting 26th at 82 points against Detroit's 92, I'd just want a clean stream and my coffee. 👀 the sample size is tiny once the season resets anyway. Last year's table means very little come October 4.
