Honestly mate I'm buzzing. I've been counting sleeps like a kid before Christmas. Yeah the standings were ugly last year, 26th, but you just know the boys wanna come out firing in front of the home crowd. Colorado opening night is a proper test right away, no easing in. And then Wild on the 14th, Anaheim on the 10th. That stretch could set our whole season's tone tbh. I was at a home opener years back when the building shook so hard my beer nearly went over, and I want that feeling again 😤

If the books open the Avs game with Winnipeg anywhere near a pick'em I'm taking Colorado ML without blinking - that 231-260 goal diff screams they'll price the Jets as dogs no matter the building. Value play for me is waiting on that Wild line on the 14th though; if the opener goes sideways, Minnesota's price at home will be short and that's where my C$ went last October and didn't land. 😭💸
