Sharks vs Kings on October 4: Sportsnet has it. Who's in?
Sorry if this is obvious to everyone else 😅 but what time is the puck drop on October 4, and is it on regular Sportsnet or do I need Sportsnet+ / SN Now to catch it? Still learning this whole streaming setup, so any help is appreciated 🙏

no such thing as a silly question here, we've all been the newbie once 😄 it's on Sportsnet, so if you get the regular channel you're set. Otherwise Sportsnet+ / SN Now will stream it. i'd double-check the exact puck drop in your TV listings since it's a west coast road date for the Kings and those afternoon starts can sneak up on you. trust me, nothing worse than tuning in halfway through the first.

Same animal, Katie, just a new name. Sportsnet Now got folded into "Sportsnet+" a while back, so if you subscribe to Sportsnet+ you're covered, no separate SN Now subscription exists anymore. Old habits die hard though, plenty of folks (me included) still call it SN Now out of muscle memory. So for the Sharks-Kings game on the 4th: regular Sportsnet channel if you've got it, otherwise one Sportsnet+ subscription and you're watching. One payment, one login, no double-dipping.
Back in my day the question was whether the rabbit ears picked up the channel, so you're doing fine 😄
Gotta say though, two non-playoff teams to open the season and I'm still hyped 😅 we vs the Kings always brings the noise tbh. SN Now is basically gone, Sportsnet+ is all you need Katie. Wonder if the Kings D corps holds up after 27 losses last year 👀

been through enough rebrands in my day to not trust any of them 😄 short version for the newcomers: afternoon puck drop October 4 on Sportsnet, and Sportsnet+ covers the stream if you're out of range of a tv. Katie, you're covered with the one subscription, don't pay twice. 292 goals against, nick, my old coach would've had us skating till dark for that. Might be a track meet, enjoy it 😉
