Millie's got the right instinct there, I'll give her that - 283-256 does say tight games, and tight games with the Bell rocking are a different animal than most barns. Back in the day you watched teams like that grind out October and nobody panicked; the young lot never saw a squad that wins 2-1 and calls it a night 😄
But the caveat: flat-stake everything until after Carolina on the 6th. I've had season tickets through a few rebuilds and seen worse stretches open with a buzzsaw, so I'd keep the Nashville play on the 8th small, same as Jack_Fan says - and only loosen up if the Habs bank a point against the Canes. Watching as long as I have, you learn that October is where the bookie eats the eager ones. My two cents, anyway.
