Dave, it just means regional blackout rules, some games belong to the local market's rights holder, so your Winnipeg cable might carry a different game than mine down here in Hamilton. For the opener on the 7th, Sportsnet has Hawks-Blues nationally, so you should be fine either way. Streaming-wise, check Sportsnet's own app, watch as long as I have and you'll get used to checking your region first 😄
