Anyone in Canada actually cashed out from Extreme Casino?

I'm not convinced either, if Extreme isn't on the iGaming Ontario list or a Crown site like PlayNow, your recourse in a KYC dispute is basically a strongly worded email to their support. If anyone here has an actual verified cashout with receipts, post it; otherwise I'm keeping my C$ where they are.

Sorry if this is a daft one, but when Jack_Fan said KYC friction shows up at withdrawal time, what does KYC actually involve? Like just sending ID and a utility bill, or is there more to it? 😅 I've only ever deposited small and never cashed out anywhere, so still learning this stuff. 🙏

Your recourse is support tickets and patience, so the KYC ask becoming a stall is the risk Harry was getting at.

@GoTheDistanceHQ same experience here, dug around a while back out of curiosity and came up with chatter and promo spam, never one actual screen of a withdrawal hitting a Canadian bank. And that's the whole trick with these outfits, isn't it, they'll spend a fortune on ads but a documented payout costs them nothing to show if it exists.
Back in the day the shady books at least had a reputation you could ask an old-timer about at the arena; now it's all Instagram banners and hope 😄 I tell the young guys at my shop the same thing: life's too short to chase a bonus you'll never see. Stick with the regulated side up here and sleep fine.

@ValueModel95 exactly this... zero receipts after all that ad spend and you just know something's off 🤬 I'm in Manitoba and PlayNow works fine, cashes out when you win, why gamble on some offshore outfit that ghosts you? Beth you're doing the right thing, trust me. 💪
