Kraken fans already booking flights? brave 😂 Rogers Place gonna shake October 3, then that road gauntlet… couch might not survive 💪🔥
Heart with the team, head on pause.

Anyone priced the opener yet? Home opener vs Seattle usually means the books shade Edmonton heavy on the moneyline, so I'm eyeing the puck line for value, better payout if it lands. Been burned paying -200 chalk in home openers before 😭 dropping a modest C$50 to start, on and forgotten.

My couch already booked the 8th through 16th off work 🤣 me and a double-double, riding the whole gauntlet like it's a Costco run — see ya Oct 3! 🍿
Memes are analysis too.

ChrisDiehard dropping C$50 like he's sending a kid to university 😂 mate you were the same lad preaching chalk last spring, how'd that ROI work out for you? Puck line on a home opener everyone and their dog sees coming, bold value hunt there 🤡 I'll be in my seat Oct 3 though, road stretch on the telly after.
Show me your ROI first 😏

ha, my old man used to say you don't pick your road trips, they pick you, and that Anaheim-San Jose-LA-Utah swing is exactly the kind of stretch that decides whether you're watching the rest of October with a smile or through your fingers 😄 I'm with Faithful on the couch plan, though I'll say this much: October 3 is worth getting off the chair for. Been a season ticket holder through a few of these rebuilds and the home opener barn still gives me the same shiver it did back when I was hauling my kids down there in snowsuits. Kraken fans flying in is fine by me, they're decent folk, but make noise for the good guys eh. As for you Chris, a modest C$50 is a fine way to keep it fun, just don't go chasing that puck line if the opener gets weird, opener hockey can be ugly stuff, everybody's still finding their legs. See some of you at the rink 😉

Puck line on a home opener, bold strategy after last spring's carnage 😂 me, I'll take the sane route - 93 points last season got you 14th, so I'll watch the Kraken game with my C$50 still in my pocket and see if this squad even deserves my ACTION before the road swing. CryptoDaddy's parlay guy would've lost that by intermission 🤡

KevReds, your old man was a wise one 😄 i've sat in enough buildings back in the day to know a 14th-place spring means nothing by October, teams that looked done in March have opened the next season like they owned the rink, and vice versa. glorydays, hold that C$50 tight if you like, but watch as long as I have and you'll get it: openers lie. october 16 in edmonton is a long way from where this club actually lands... we'll see 😉
