Home opener moneylines are usually inflated by sentiment, so the value might sit on the puck line if Ottawa comes in favoured and everyone piles in. The 12th in Jersey is the sneaky one for me. Second half of a back-to-back pattern with four home dates around it, books tend to price that lazily. Check who's in net before touching anything, that's my rule. 99 points last season says they should handle most of these, but I've paid for "should" plenty of times 😭💸

Beth, I'm with you more or less, opener against Philly and Nashville for me too, same reason. But I'll toss in the Islanders game on the 15th as my third, since my grandson's birthday falls right around then and he's been begging grandpa for a live game all summer. Back in my day I'd have done all five on a paper route budget and called it a bargain, but these days the midweek ones and my knees have an understanding, they stay home. 99 points last year says this crowd's worth the cheque though. You young bucks riding all five, more power to ya, save me a seat in spirit 😉

Cherry-picking's the way, Millie, though back in the day we just bought the partial plan and let the schedule do the picking for us 😄 Philly opener and Nashville for me too, and I'll say this, watch that middle stretch as long as I have and you'll see midweek games against St. Louis sneak up and become the loudest barn of the lot. The roadie on the 12th? half of us will be watching in the parking lot with a thermos anyway 😉
