One caveat there, but even so, if that pairing keeps getting fed hard matchups at the Saddledome, the goaltending cushion won't survive April. Fix the usage or fix the pair, ideally both 📊

Every rebuild I've sat through at the Saddledome, third pairs eat a rough stretch in March and the panic button gets smashed. Back in the day the old barns taught me patience: fix the matchups before you torch the blueline.
